CRS's Clean-Eze II is safe, convenient and affordable to use. You can free up employees to perform other work while this closed-loop system automatically cleans and dries your screen. 
In addition to reducing labor costs, the Clean-Eze II also cuts disposal costs.

Designed for use with CRS's Safe-T-Wash Low-Odor Screen Wash, or other biodegradable chemistry, Clean-Eze II allows you to recycle your screen wash - reducing ink residue for disposal. Solvents recycle through the Clean-Eze II closed-loop system for maximum use of 
Safe-T-Wash Low-Odor Screen Wash.

This system also has no need for an explosion-proof motor because we use the latest technology in reciprocating rod less pneumatic cylinder and pneumatic controls.

Pressure nozzles move slowly and evenly, back and forth, ensuring the screen wash (in the sealed stainless steel chamber) cleans both sides of the screen at one time. Set the unit to spray as many times as necessary to thoroughly clean stubborn ink from hard-to-reach corners and mesh openings. Then you set your air drying cycle. Turn on for fully automatic cycling.

For increased operator comfort, we include -- as a standard feature -- the side-loading unit and safety side-opening doors with automatic cut-off.

* Screen wash chemicals do not necessarily remove all types of inks. Some inks may be difficult to remove. Always test ink to be removed from the screen. CRS will test our screen wash on your inks. Some biodegradable chemistry effects frame adhesives. Please send samples to be tested. Always test before using.

CRS's Safe-T-WashTM is a low odor special blend of cleaning solutions
that meet standards for safe and effective cleaning of all screen printing
inks.  Safe-T-Wash has a low VOC rating and meets or exceeds most
guidelines.  This screen cleaning solution dissolves most ink systems
efficiently with a minimum of time and effort.
